2) Cards can be sent to you via regular post/registered post. Postage cost is not included in the price tag of the cards. For local delivery, it will be within $1 unless the package is more than 500 gm! (hmm, that's assuming if you order 30-40 cards at one shot!).
For REGISTERED ARTICLES, there is an additional fee of $2.24.
For overseas orders, I can advise on postal cost as well :)
